Sydney Olympic Park is easily approached by road, with the M4, Victoria Road and Parramatta Road in close proximity.

Free parking
For short visits there are 2-hour free-parking spaces located on Grand Parade, Olympic Boulevard and Dawn Fraser Avenue.

Casual parking
Sydney Olympic Park has over 10,000 parking spaces site-wide. Carparks P1, P5 and P6 are in close proximity to Sydney Showground. Costs: $7 per hour, up to a maximum fee of $35 per day.

We recommend you pre-book parking if you plan to visit Sydney Showground on the day of a major event. Cost is $35 per car for the day. This cost is for one entry and exit into your selected car park.

The Quiet Room provides a sensory-friendly space for individuals who may need a calm and quiet environment, taking a break from the hustle and bustle of events. It is designed to ensure comfort and relaxation, helping patrons manage sensory sensitivities. Featuring calm lighting, tactile and visual elements to help patrons refocus and desensitise, acoustic panelling for even quieter sound, soft bean bag chairs and space to relax. 

Located: Grand Parade.

The Parents Room is light and bright, equipped with essential amenities to cater to the needs of parents and young children, ensuring comfort and convenience during your visit.

Located: Grand Parade
Includes both family toilet room and separate accessible toilet facilities, nursing spaces with privacy curtains, multiple change tables, and a family relax space with kitchenette facilities.

Located: Stadium Concourse, across from the Members Stand Entrance. Includes a private nursing area, change table, and microwave. 

The Adult Assisted Change Room is designed to cater to individuals with disabilities, offering a safe and hygienic environment equipped with the necessary facilities to support their needs. Use of the room requires a NSW issued MLAK key & approved harness. A trained carer/helper must be present at all times. Includes a fully electric hoist and height-adjustable adult change table.

Parking

Sydney Olympic Park has almost 400 accessible car parking spaces for people with a disability:

P1 car park - 179 spaces
P2 car park - 10 spaces
P3 car park - 46 spaces
P4 car park - 32 spaces
P5 car park - 77 spaces
P6 car parks - 18 spaces
P8 car park - 6 spaces

There are on-street accessible spaces along Showground Road (8 spaces) and Dawn Fraser Avenue west (5 spaces). Please plan ahead as these may not be available during major events due to road closures.

To pre-book your parking, buy a standard space in your preferred car park and use an accessible space on the day of your visit.

When using an accessible parking space, please display your Accessible Parking Permit to avoid fines.

For short visits, such as meetings, there are ample two hour free parking spaces located on Grand Parade, Olympic Boulevard and Dawn Fraser Avenue.

Parking costs between $6 per hour, up to a maximum fee of $30 per day.

If you plan to visit Sydney Showground on the day of a major event pre-booked parking is recommended (some events at Sydney Olympic Park incur a flat rate of $25).

There are a number of parking stations available around Sydney Olympic Park. The closest to GIANTS Stadium are P1, P5 & P6.

ENGIE Stadium offers various accessibility facilities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all patrons. These include a Quiet Room, for those requiring a sensory-friendly space, two Parents Rooms, and an Adult Assisted Change Room for individuals with disabilities. 

Please note, the facilities are open for use during select ENGIE Stadium events. Check the event’s “What’s On” page to confirm availability for the specific event you’re attending. 

Parents Room: There are two conveniently located Parents’ Room facilities: one on the Stadium Concourse across from the Members Stand entrance, and one on Grand Parade.

Quiet Room & Adult Assisted Change Room: The Quiet Room and Adult Assisted Change Room are both easily located on Grand Parade. 

Pass Out Required: Please note, these accessibility amenities are located outside the Stadium footprint. Patrons attending Stadium events must collect a pass-out from the gate staff before accessing these facilities. 

The facilities are open for use during select ENGIE Stadium events. Check the event’s “What’s On” page to confirm availability for the specific event you’re attending. 

To ensure all patrons who require use can access the space, a 20-minute time limit is applied during peak times.

Sensory Bag are available at ENGIE Stadium events, purposed to provide essential tools to help individuals manage sensory sensitivities. Each bag includes headphones/earmuffs, available in both adult and child sizes, and fidget toys to help manage sensory overload. 

When are Sensory Bags available? Sensory Bags are available at select events when the Grand Parade Facilities are open and can be collected at the Grand Parade facility. Please check the website for the specific event you are attending to confirm availability. 

How do I collect a Sensory Bag? To collect a Sensory Bag, you will need to provide a form of ID and leave your name and phone number with the staff. Your ID will be returned to you once the Sensory Bag is returned.
